Farhat is a specialist family solicitor, a Resolution trained Collaborative Lawyer and Mediator.
Farhat has over 22 years of experience in family law issues including divorce and separation, financial disputes between married couples and cohabitees, children’s arrangements, separation agreements. She has experience of dealing with complex cases for financial remedies between married couples, cases where matrimonial assets have been transferred to third parties, requiring these dispositions to be set aside to ensure a fair settlement for both parties, and experience of cases in the Court of Appeal.
She has assisted couples to reach settlements using the collaborative process and has also assisted couples as a mediator.
